This policy explains how and where we ship Notionblur orders. Our products are printed to order, so please allow production time in addition to delivery time.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are printed to order and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery time

After dispatch, orders within the United States and Canada typically arrive in 2 to 8 business days. Production plus delivery usually runs 5 to 15 business days in total.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. No minimum, and nothing is added at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow a day or two for the tracking to begin updating.

Customs and import duties

Our print partner operates facilities in both Canada and the United States and routes each order to reduce shipping distance, so most orders ship domestically. In some cases an order may cross the border, and the recipient may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and are outside our control.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you, and you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us and see our Return and Refund Policy. We will make it right.
