Welcome to Notionblur. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Notionblur. We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Notionblur is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information about warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, so please read them carefully.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, and your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully, as we may be unable to change or cancel it once accepted. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one in effect when you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. 3. Shipping and delivery
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or other events outside our control. Once we hand products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Notionblur is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Notionblur. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Notionblur, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Notionblur.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded.

10. General terms

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time, at our discretion and without notice. You remain responsible for all amounts owing up to termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual property, Feedback, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the indemnification, will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Notionblur submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec for any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, and we may assign them freely. Headings are for convenience only.
