How to measure
Lay a tee you already own flat. Length runs collar seam to hem. Width is armpit to armpit. Sleeve goes shoulder seam to cuff. Match those to the chart. Between two sizes, size up for room.
Care
Machine wash cold, max 30°C / 86°F. Non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry-clean.
Good to know
Specially spun fibres create a strong, smooth surface that prints clean. Cut tubular-knit in one piece with no side seams, it holds its shape and cuts fabric waste. The ribbed collar is seamless and highly elastic, keeping its shape wash after wash. Twill tape over the shoulder seams stabilizes the back and prevents stretching. Printed Direct-to-Garment on 5.3 oz 100% US cotton, true black. Ethically grown cotton under the US Cotton Trust Protocol, Oeko-Tex certified.
The longest poem in Old English survives in exactly one manuscript, and in 1731 that manuscript caught fire. It came out scorched at the edges, with readings lost forever along the margins, but it came out. One copy and one fire stood between us and never having the poem at all. The story inside is about an old man choosing to fight the thing that will kill him, because the alternative is letting it eat the village. Both halves of that are about what barely makes it through. For people who know how close the record came to being blank.
A Beowulf graphic tee for medieval literature readers, Old English students, and anyone who likes their heroes tired and outmatched. The ageing warrior in mail, scarred and grey and staring straight ahead, under a wordmark cut like a metal record sleeve. A gift for literature students, philologists, and readers of the very old stories.
